Hiromi Uehara, Japanese pianist and composer returns with her powerful Trio Project, featuring Anthony Jackson and Drummer Simon Philips. With the two studio albums and one live recording Album, as well as several tours, The Trio Project have become one of the finest units in contemporary Jazz. The Legend “Jazz Giant” McCoy Tyner will be performing for the FIRST TIME in Jakarta. The most influential pianist in Jazz of the past 50 years will be performing at Cotton Club Jakarta from July 30th to August 2nd. 
Tyner made his recording debut with the Art Farmer-Benny Golson Jazztet, but after six months left the group to join John Coltrane Quartet. After leaving Coltrane's group, Tyner produced a series albums released such as The Real McCoy, Fly with the Wind, Revelations and many more. In 2007, Tyner returned with the studio album McCoy Tyner Quartet featuring saxophonist Joe Lovano, bassist Christian McBride, and drummer Jeff "Tain" Watts.
